Lorinser North America prides ourselves in excellent customer service. We have worked with our partners in Germany (Lorinser) since 2008 and are proud to have been selected as their North American Partner/ Distributor.

Lorinser North America is a subsidiary of MADNESS Autoworks. MADNESS Autoworks is based out of the Austin, Texas area and operates two walk in locations in the Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX areas.

Both locations are full service facilities in which we build custom Lorinser Branded Mercedes Benz Vehicles. We also offer installation services for any and all Lorinser Products.

Our online store features our newest and most popular items. There are many other items that are older that may not be featured on our site. Please contact us directly for more product information if you do not see it on our online store.

Shipping Information

Products shipped by Lorinser North America are shipped either from our California or Texas Facilities direct to you. In some cases certain items are shipped directly from Lorinser Germany directly to your door in order to save on shipping costs and time.

Regardless of where the product is shipped from the price shown on the online stores includes the price of the item and all taxes and tariffs. In the case that a part of your order is shipped directly from Germany to cut down on time or shipping costs all tariffs, international taxes and clearance/ broker fees are included in the price and get billed directly to Lorinser North America and not you the buyer.

If the item is large, heavy or irregular size we will only list the product price (taxes and tariffs included), but not the shipping cost. Once you place your order we will review the order and provide you with some shipping options and ETA. We utilize a number of shipping companies and do our best to provide you with very competitive shipping costs. Once shipping options are calculated we will contact you (within 24-72 hours) directly with shipping options.

Once you select the best shipping option for you we will then send you a separate shipping invoice. Upon payment the product will be promptly shipped out to you. If you are having it installed at either one of our locations please let us know and we can have the item(s) shipped directly to us and held for you.

If for some reason you decide that the shipping cost is more than you would like to spend then we will promptly cancel your order and refund any and all monies due.

Additional Shipping Information

All items shipped by Lorinser Germany or Lorinser North America are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Lorinser North America immediately. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

Claims for missing items or error in shipment must be reported within 7 days of order receipt.

International Orders

Lorinser North America ships internationally. Due to the fact that we currently ship to over 100 countries it is at times difficult to estimate the exact shipping amount. We do our best to provide an accurate shipping quote, but actual shipping costs may vary. If the costs are substantially higher than we collected we will contact you with the revised shipping total. You will then have a choice of paying the additional fees or if you choose we will promptly issue you a full refund and cancel the transaction.

Please note, international orders may take up to 72 hours to be processed. If you have any questions regarding your shipping costs, please contact us directly at for a review of your shipping costs. If your order consists of more than 3 items please contact us for reduced shipping costs. Please note that for some international orders a reduction of shipping costs, due to package size or necessary insurance, may or may not apply but Lorinser North American will help with these additional costs if possible.

Your order may take up to 7-10 business days to ship from the date you placed your order.

Customs and Duties Fees

Lorinser North America pre pays all taxes, tariffs, and/or clearance fees for our US based customers. If you are a customer in US you will not be paying any taxes, tariffs and/or clearance fees. The price paid for the product is your total price (shipping costs not included in some cases on large or special order products) and nothing more.

International customers are responsible for any and all additional custom fees/ taxes/ duties that may be imposed by the countries government that the order is shipped to. Please understand Lorinser North America does not have any control over any governmental custom fees and/or taxes. Please check with your local government's import laws prior to placing your order if you are not sure of what these charges are. 

By placing this order you agree to pay any and all duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by your government. You understand that Lorinser North America does not collect any of these fees and is not responsible for paying any fees or taxes that your government may charge you for this shipment. You further understand and agree that if you choose to not pay the duties, taxes, or fees that your government may impose the order will be returned back to Lorinser Germany or Lorinser North America. When this happens all return shipping fees, taxes, or tariffs will be charged to the original card holder and the person who placed the original owner. By purchasing the above products you are agreeing to these terms.



We at Lorinser North America value your satisfaction. We back up every sale with our Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not fully satisfied with our products or service, we'll refund the purchase price*. Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your return is accepted and processed promptly:

1. Returned item(s) must be in original condition, in original packaging, unused, uninstalled, unmarked and re-saleable, with all documentation and packaging intact to be eligible for refund or credit. Electrical Components, Software or Software Devices, Special Order or Custom Built Items are not accepted for return.*

2. Call Lorinser North America right away for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), with invoice in hand. We will refuse all unauthorized returns. If possible, speak with the person who took your original order. A return authorization number will be provided for eligible returns.*

3. Include a copy of the original invoice in the box, including the completed return form included with the shipment. Write the RA# on the return form, and on the shipping label. Include the name of the person who provided the RA# unless instructed to do so, or return processing may be unnecessarily delayed.*

4. Lorinser North America must receive returned items within 7 calendar days of your original receipt of the product to be eligible for a full refund. Items received between 8 and 20 days from date of receipt, or received without a copy of an Invoice, Return form and RA# are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and are eligible for store credit only. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund or credit. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for used or incomplete returns. Items determined as ineligible for credit can be shipped back to the customer upon request, at customers expense. Unclaimed ineligible return items will be disposed of after 30 days.*

5. Custom Wheel Policy

We inspect each wheel prior to shipment. If upon receipt you find that a wheel has been damaged in shipping please notify the carrier of the damage upon receipt. Please keep all shipping materials and notify us by phone or email right away. We will assist you with the claim and getting your problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Do not ship anything back until you contact us for assistance. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to assist you with the claim and replacement product.

Please note! Once a tire has been mounted on a wheel it is considered used. It then cannot be returned and all sales become final. Be sure to check the wheels carefully for fitment, finish and overall appearance prior to installing. If there is any issue at all please call us before mounting the wheels for assistance.

Some wheel are a special order product or have a special finish that is made to order. Wheel packages are wheels, tires and sensors that are mounted and balanced at our facility. Special order wheels, custom finish wheels and wheel packages are no eligible for a refund. All sales on these items are final, so please contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Please package your return merchandise carefully. Credit will not be given for returned merchandise damage incurred in transit. No UPS Call Tags will be issued. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items are the buyer's sole responsibility. We do not accept returns shipped to us "COD Freight", nor do we pay outgoing freight charges. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed and credit applied or refund issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your Credit Card statement. Refused shipments returned to Lorinser North America do not automatically qualify for credit.
